Gaze upon the image above. It is the cover of a new release by Deathspell Omega. The name of that release is The Synarchy of Molten Bones. It will become available on November 8, 2016. It consists of these four tracks:

1. The Synarchy of Molten Bones
2. Famished for Breath
3. Onward where Most with Ravin I may meet
4. Internecine Iatrogenesis

It is now available for pre-order on CD, vinyl, and digitally — here:

Pre-orders are also available via the Ajna Offensive for North America.

And that, dear friends, is all I know about this. I don’t know if this is an EP or an album; I don’t know if the songs are each 6 minutes in length or 20; with this band, nothing (and everything) would surprise me. I know nothing about what the music will sound like, or what inspired it.

Frankly, the information appeared as if by magic on Bandcamp not long ago and caught me completely by surprise. It took some time before I was able to stop whispering HOLY SHIT and begin to peck the drab keys on the keyboard.

That is all.

UPDATE: Thanks to sloshed’s comment below, we now know the track lengths, via Norma Evangelium Diaboli:

1. The Synarchy of Molten Bones (6:58)
2. Famished for Breath (6:10)
3. Onward where Most with Ravin I may meet (10:12)
4. Internecine Iatrogenesis (5:52)
Total: 29:12
